Our Story…

The Brickyard Automotive approach to superior automotive service was forged in a transmission re-manufacturing plant by a diverse group of professionals with well over 150 collective, practical years experience in the automotive industry. The principle players brought a full spectrum of knowledge – from after-market parts manufacturing, to national parts franchise sales, all the way to retail automotive repair center management.

Powertrain Solutions, a national wholesale transmission remanufacturing facility, was the incubator that brought this wealth of experience together, where frequent discussions of challenges in the shifting auto repair landscape lead these colleagues to finally say, “We can do this better.”

And so they did.

Pulling from their respective experience in every layer of the automotive repair process; from factory, to distribution, to the actual repair bay, they built the first Brickyard Car Care Center to be the most efficient, customer-centric facility possible. Streamlining the supply chain, selecting and training crew members to assemble the ideal “dream team”, and organizing the center and its systems to deliver both high value and a pleasant experience to every customer, every time , proved to be a winning combination.

And so the expansion began, with two more centers opening before the first year was out.
